Fuzzy Logic-Based Resource Allocation Algorithm for V2X Communications in 5G Cellular Networks

In this paper, we spotlight vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications in 5G cellular networks. Cellular V2X (C-V2X) enable more advanced services with requirements of ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability. How to make full use the limited physical-layer resources is a key determinant guarantee quality service (QoS). Therefore, resource allocation plays an essential role exchanging information between vehicles, infrastructure, other devices. order intelligently reasonably allocate resources, self-adaptive fuzzy logic-based strategy developed paper. To evaluate network performance for adaptive strategy, system model built urban areas, typical safety non-safety are deployed network. Simulation results reveal that proposed algorithm can substantially improve utilization satisfy services, compared prior counterparts, which cannot provide guaranteed due low utilization.
